This past year the Lord has done great miracles in our help project
In the Shanty town PARASOPOLIS located on the outskirts of São Paulo. The following is a little explanation of our work there:
We help 50 to 60 families weekly to stay alive.
We bring them fruits and vegetables, A basic survival sack with items like rice, beans, oil, sugar, and other staples. (Cesta Basica)
We also give spiritual assistance with Bible studies, counseling, marriage counseling, tips on childcare,
Many of the people need help and counseling even on the most basic things and many times suffer hunger or need or lack of things from pure ignorance.

Most of the families we help are unemployed or can only get "occasional work" and when they do earn from $140 to $200 per month, many times paying almost that much for rent of their shack.

This past year the Lord supplied through friends:
3.5 tons of fruits and vegetables.
1.5 tons of fish and chicken
